What is Employer Nomination Scheme visa

Employer Nomination Scheme visa Subclass 186 (Direct Entry) is a visa that can let applicants be nominated by an Australian employer based on their professional skills and work experience, and are sponsored by the employer to obtain an Australian permanent residence visa in one step.

Unlike skilled migrants, this visa does not need any points, as long as applicants meet the basic requirements.

Applicants for the visa can be skilled overseas or already in Australia on a temporary visa.

Applicants are required to have worked for the nominated employer for at least 2 years after the visa is granted.

*Have at least 3 years relevant work experience in your occupation
