Investor visa

188B Investor visa is a stream of Business Innovation and Investment visa. It is a four-year temporary residence visa specially set for investors who engage in investment activities such as stocks, futures, funds, foreign exchange, etc. Through the state government's guarantee, the applicant with outstanding investment experience can choose to transfer the investment funds to the bonds established by the Australian government to hold for four years, then update the visa to permanent residence. If you have no investment experience but have experience running a company, you can also meet the requirements of Investor Stream.

Applicant family requirement

* Applicants under the age of 55

* Reach the 65 marks in EOI

* Have been involved in managing a business or investment for at least three years

* Having successful experience in investment or business management

* The applicant has been directly involved in running a qualified business (more than 10% of the shares) for at least 1 of the past five years, or the applicant and their spouse have combined to manage investments over AUD 1.5 million.

* In the past two years, total household assets exceed AUD 3 million

* Willing to invest AUD 3 million in an Australian-designated fund

* No lousy business record in any country in the past, no bankruptcy or loss record

Permanent residence grant follow-up requirements

* 2 years of residence in Australia (principal applicant or spouse) in the 4 years prior to application for permanent residence

* Investment in a fund that is not moving
