188C – Significant Investor Stream

The 188C visa is a special residence class visa created by the Australian Government to attract applicants who can make a significant investment contribution to the Australian economy and fund major projects on a national scale. The visa is suitable for high asset, high income individuals who invest at least A$5 million in the areas specified in the policy to obtain fast track immigration and hold the investment for more than 4 years. The visa has a low residency requirement of 40 days per year for four years, and can be converted to permanent residence after four years.
